West Terre Haute, Indiana - WEST TERRE HAUTE - Steven Richard "Steve" Isbell, 71, of West Terre Haute passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026 in Franklin County, Alabama while doing what he loved doing, traveling and camping in his RV. He was born August 13, 1954 in Terre Haute to James and Maxine (Nielsen) Isbell. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Donna (Owen) Isbell, who he celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with last August; daughter, Jennifer Isbell-Scott; sons, Matt Isbell (Kristen) and Wes Isbell (Danielle); grandchildren, Brayden Scott, Greta Isbell, Gabe Isbell, Ethan Isbell, and Owen Isbell and a brother, Kenny Isbell. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Tim Isbell and Jimmy Isbell. Steve was second generation owner of Supreme Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and holds a Professional Engineers License in Indiana and held licenses in Ohio and Kentucky. He was a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, he was also an Eagle Scout and enjoyed fishing and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Visitation will be Wednesday July 8, 2026 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Brad Geary officiating.
