PARIS, Ill. - Shirley Ann Camp, 82, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 10:17 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, at Paris Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and after raising her children she worked many years as a hostess at the Paris McDonald's, where she retired in 1991.

She was born Feb. 11, 1935, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of the late Louis J. and Millie O. (Thompson) Felix. She married Donald L. Camp on June 13, 1955, in Terre Haute, Indiana, and he survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Kevin (Janice) Camp of Street, Maryland, and Brett (Gayla) Camp of Clanton, Alabama; and a daughter, Sabrina (John) Funkhouser of Paris, Illinois; as well as five grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler and Riley Camp, Donnie Funkhouser, and Eric Furgeson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Michael Felix; and a sister, Nancy Frisz.

Mrs. Camp was a former member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Terre Haute. Since her retirement in 1991, she loved traveling and camping with her family and friends. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading.

Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. CST Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Templeton Funeral Home in Paris. Burial will be private in Edgar Cemetery.
