ROCKVILLE [mdash] Sharon M. Day, 82, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at Hickory Creek at Sunset in Greencastle, Indiana. She was born July 15, 1939, in Watertown, South Dakota to the late Fred H. Benthin and Elsie H. Lentz Benthin.
Her husband of 63 years, John Day, whom she married August 30, 1958, in Watertown, South Dakota survives. Survivors include two daughters, Cathy (David) Ford of Rockville, and Natalie (Rodney) Calkin of Show Low, Arizona; one sister, Bonnie M. Moellar of Luverne, Minnesota; four granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Benthin; and three sisters, Verlaine, Shirley and Darlene.
