Terre Haute, Indiana - Sally Greene, 75, of Terre Haute, Indiana, formerly of Mecca, Indiana, passed away May 25, 2025, in Harrison Crossing.
Sally battled Rheumatoid Arthritis for years but never complained and the last few years had breathing problems due to Pulmonary Fibrosis.
She was born Sept 7th, 1949, to Paul and Nancy Greene. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, brother Paul (Ivan), sister Barbara Nightingale.
She is survived by her son Tony Green (Kelly), Grandson Brandon, lifelong friend Sue Hamilton, and nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with her grandson, going to the casinos, watching softball on tv, the Chicago Bears games and when she was younger and health permitted, she played fast pitch softball and was an avid bowler. Her biggest joy was her family. She was so proud of them and loved them.
Thank you for the care given to her by the staff at Harrison Crossing. Thank you to everyone.
Visitation will be Thursday May 29, 2025, from 10:00a.m. to 12:00pm with service after starting at 12:00pm at Greiner Funeral Home. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rockville, Indiana.
