Ruth M. Cagle (Myers), 102, passed away Sept. 1, 2018, in Terre Haute. She was born Oct. 11, 1915, in Clinton. She was the eldest daughter of Mur and Pauline (Cratty) Myers. She was a graduate of Brazil High School with the class of "33". On Sept. 22, 1940, she married Herschel V. Cagle, who was an employee of the Pennsylvania (Penn Central) Railroad. She retired from the Vigo County School Food Services after 10 years of service. She was a member of the Fairview Christian Church of Brazil.

Ruth was survived by her loved family, nieces and nephews, and friends of many years.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil, with Pastor Doug Parkey officiating. The family will accept visitors from 11 a.m. until the time of services Friday. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute. Contact online at:
