Brazil, Indiana - BRAZIL - Robert Lee Wilson, 83, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at Providence Health Care, on May 17, 2025.

Bob was born on December 12, 1941, Brazil, Indiana, the son of Orville and Ann (Harris) Wilson. He graduated from Port-age High School with the class of 1961. While in high school Bob was the MVP for their basketball team. Following high school, Bob enlisted in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1966.

He married Carol Lynn Wells on August 22, 1981.

Bob worked for Anaconda, in Terre Haute, for several years before retiring. During retirement, Bob drove a school bus for Clay Community Schools for several years.

Bob enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and especially spending time with his grandkids. Amongst the many attributes Bob will be remembered for are his sense of humor and his nickname "Triple B" or "Big Bad Bob."

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Orville and Ann Wilson; siblings Orville Wilson Jr., Catherine Lyle, and Mary Hurr.

Bob is survived by his wife Carol Wilson; sons: Ryan Wilson and wife Alana and Justin Wilson and wife Ashley; grandchildren: Jackson, Kendal, Rowan and Blakely; siblings: Lois Nelson and Larry Wilson and wife Linda; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 4-8 PM at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, IN 47834. Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery.
