Robert Dale Lowrance, 69, of Sullivan, IN passed away at 9:52 A.M. Monday, October 10, 2022 in his home in Sullivan, IN.

He was born October 18, 1952 in Lawrenceville, IL to John Edward Lowrance and Ida Marie (Seifert) Lowrance.

Survivors include his children, Cathy Lowrance Navarrete (Jaime), Robert D. "Robby" Lowrance Jr., Cheyanne A. Lowrance of Sullivan, IN; grandchildren, Zella Cook, Molly Cook, Nathan Navarete, Abigail Navarrete; siblings, John Joseph Lowrance (Deb) of Terre Haute, IN, Thelma Mae Wright of Linton, IN; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Kevin Lowrance; siblings, Sarah Rose Ivy, Barbara Jean McBride, Aradath Leoda Newman, Harold Edward Lowrance, Walter Lee Lowrance, Dianne Kay Ivy, Ray Keith Lowrance.

Robert worked as a security guard for CSN now known as SDI. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Robert enjoyed being outdoors and spending time fishing.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN. In keeping with Robert's wishes cremation is scheduled. A Gathering of Friends will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 4 P.M. at the Sullivan City Park at the inside shelter; there will be signs up.
