Paula L. Fisher Hice, 75, of Terre Haute, IN passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022 in her residence at Windmoor Assisted Living. She was born Oct. 23, 1946 at Marshall, IL, the daughter of Harold G. and Doris Pauline Mason Fisher.

She was married to William "Bill" Hice who preceded her in death in 2019. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ransom Fisher; and an adopted son, Danny Morge.

Surviving are two sisters, Nina Gonzales of Terre Haute, IN and Glenna (Bill) Mincer of Bedford, IN; two brothers, Harold Dean (Nancy) Fisher of Terre Haute, IN and James (Karen) Fisher of Riley, IN; stepchildren, Al (Sandy) Hice, Doug (Doris) Hice, and Becky (Kevin) Keen; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.

Paula was a graduate of Wiley High School. She loved to read and visit with others, and especially enjoyed giving her nieces and nephews candy.

Services in honor of her life will be 2:00 PM (IL time) Friday at Pearce Funeral Home with Pastor John Bigger officiating. Burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until service time Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall Cemetery Association. Online condolences are being accepted at:
