Pat J. Daniels passed away Oct. 20, 2018. Born Nov. 19, 1941, in Mount Pleasant, Utah, to Alice and Charles Daniels.
She is survived by brothers, Gary (Gwen) Daniels, Murray Utah; Michael (Karen) Daniels, Santaquin Utah.
Preceded in death by sister; and two brothers.
A memorial and celebration of life (lunch to follow) will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1845 N. 6 1/2 St., Terre Haute. All those who knew and loved her are invited to attend. Memorial services will also be held in Salt Lake City at 1 p.m. Nov. 17, 2018 at Murray Ward Church. Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Park.
