Pastor Mark Allen Kelley, 67, of Marshall, IL passed away Tuesday morning, Feb. 21, 2023 at his home. He was the head pastor at the Faith Mountain Full Gospel Church at West Terre Haute, IN.

Mark was born July 10, 1955 at Terre Haute, IN, the son of Virgil Wesley Jr. and Helen Ruth Meneely Kelley.

On Sept. 1, 1974 he married Diana L. Sills at the Lyford Bible Church at Lyford, IN.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, William Wesley Kelley and Andrew Preston (Dawn) Kelley, both of Marshall; three grandchildren, Jackson Hadley Kelley, Ethan Wesley Kelley and Christian Riley Kelley; a brother, Terry Dean (Angela Lynn) Kelley of Franklin, IN; a sister, Sheryl (Gary) Huey of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Dale Kelley.

For the past 35 years he had served as pastor of the Faith Mountain Full Gospel Church and was a member of the United Christian Ministerial Association. He had received an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and had worked for McGlone Law in Terre Haute for 20 years. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. A favorite pastime of his was fishing. Services in honor of his life will be 1:00 PM (Eastern) at the Faith Mountain Full Gospel Church, 447 N. Thorpe Place, West Terre Haute, IN. Burial will follow in the Livingston Cemetery, rural Marshall, with military graveside rites. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until service time Saturday at the church.
