Norman Eugene Livingston, 66, of West Terre Haute, passed away on July 23, 2016, at his residence. Norman was born in Chicago, Ill., on Feb. 28, 1950, to Donald and Virginia Livingston. Norman was a loving father and grandfather who was loved by all who he encountered.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Livingston; stepmother, Patricia Livingston; brother, Ronnie Livingston; sister, Donna Ball; sister, Brenda; and granddaughters, Ava Paul and Isabella Stufflebeam. Survivors include his wife, Debra G. Livingston; children, Sherri, Robin, Trisha Paul and spouse, Christina Belleu and spouse, Rosina Kozlowski and spouse, James Stufflebeam and spouse, and Jess Stufflebeam; nine grandchildren; brothers, Dale Livingston and Tim Lachica; and sisters, Gail Chapman and Cathy Walker, Angie, Sharon and Linda.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at the Ute Shelter in Deming Park. The celebration will be from 3 to 7 p.m., with a balloon release at 5 p.m.
