Bloomingdale, Indiana - BLOOMINGDALE- Max E. Wade, 76, of Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away at 10:55 pm Sunday, September 15, 2019 at his residence. He was retired from Shaw Equipment Company/Westfield Steel in Terre Haute with 28 ½ years of service. He was born October 30, 1942 in Odon, Indiana to the late Charles C. Wade and Nellie Ruth Toon Wade. His wife of 28 years, Kathy Patton Wade whom he married December 21, 1974 in Bloomingdale passed away June 25, 2003. Survivors include one son, Tim L. (Linda Selig) Wade of Brazil; one daughter, Tina Lynn McNeil of Coal City; two sisters, Donna (Steve) Williams of Rockville and Sharon (Mike) Holmes of Terre Haute; two grandsons, Daniel McNeil and Clinton McNeil of Terre Haute; several nieces and nephews. Max had many talents. He worked as a carpenter, welder, electrician and enjoyed farming. He had many friends and would help anyone in need. Services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, September 21, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with the Pastor Brian Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Bloomingdale Friends Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 pm Friday at Gooch Funeral Home. Memorials should friends so desire, may be made to the American Heart Association, 300 S.
