Preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Marshall F. Haney in 2011; five siblings; and one grandchild.
She is survived by her four children, Marvin D. (Robin) Haney of Pueblo West, Janet R. (Jim) Callahan of Knoxville, Tenn., Vickie S. (Bob) Browder of Pueblo and Rex A. (Marie) Haney of Monument, Colo; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one sister-in law.
Raised a Methodist, Mary was a homemaker in Terre Haute, Ind. She took in ironing to help make ends meet. She was also quite adept at gardening, canning, and hanging wallpaper with Marshall. In 1980, Mary and Marshall moved to Pueblo, where she spent the next 38 years. Her new home was her pride and joy. They spent many years traveling the roads of Colorado in exploration. Being with her family was what she enjoyed most, telling of her youth in Indiana. A Thank You to the staff at Brookdale El Camino Assisted Living, Pueblo, for their loving care.
