ROCKVILLE - Marjorie R. Bradfield, 94, of Rockville, Indiana, passed away at 4:30 pm Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Harrison's Crossing in Terre Haute.

She was a registered nurse retiring in 1988. She served as the Parke County Health Nurse, Rockville Community Schools Nurse and with the offices of both Dr. Basil M. Merrill and Dr. Milton O. Beebe in Rockville.

She was born December 11, 1926 in Veedersburg, Indiana, to the late Joseph W. Sheetz and Mary Ethel Wilson Sheetz. Her husband of 35 years, Allan D. Bradfield whom she married December 12, 1948 preceded her in death January 13, 1984.

Survivors include a daughter, Lyndall Bradfield of Sarasota, Florida; two brothers, William Richard Sheetz of Rantoul, Illinois, and Lynn Crothers of Lapaz; one sister, Lillian Aker of Plymouth; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, Jim and John Sheetz; and two sisters, Bertha Sheetz and Marty Thompson.

She was a 1945 graduate of Rockville High School and Paris Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of the Rockville Christian Church and the Parke County Quilt Club.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, January 14, at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville with Kevin B. Jacks officiating. Burial will follow.
