Pimento, IN - PIMENTO - Linda L. Campbell, 88, of Pimento passed away at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 1, 1936, in Howesville, Indiana to Basil Ellis and Enid Brush Ellis.

Linda was a phenomenal wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She set a Godly example in all aspects of her life. Family and God were everything to her. All she wanted to know was that her children and grandchildren knew the Lord.

She was a member of the Blackhawk Community Church. Linda was a Sunday School teacher. She loved sewing and crafting, gardening, yardwork, decorating and making her home beautiful.

Linda was the neighborhood mom and grandma. There was nothing she couldn't do. Her love, courage, strength, and commitment showed in all she did. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Linda is survived by her children Kim Dalton (Duane "Dee"), Sherri Armstrong (Lee), and James M. Campbell, II (B.J.); grandchildren Joshua Armstrong (Courtney), Ashley Armstrong, Justin Campbell (Lexi), Brittany Dalton (Caleb Strassler), Cody Campbell, Scott Dalton (Christee), and Darcy Hedges (Mike); great-grandchildren Landon Armstrong, Mason Armstrong, Blake Armstrong, Chloe Dickerson, Addelynn Brown, Bristol Campbell, James Campbell, Austin Dalton (Morgan), Ellis Dalton, Konnor Devereaux, Hadley Hedges, and Emersyn Strassler who is due in June; her beloved Golden Doodle, Bear; as well as several nieces and nephews.
