Libby Gordon, 48, of Rockville, died at 1:14 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 2016, in her residence. She was the general manager of Long John Silvers in North Terre Haute with many years of service. She was born Oct. 31, 1967, in Clinton, to Richard A. Gordon and Patricia Doolin Gordon.

Survivors include her mother of Rockville; four brothers, Steve Gordon, Doug (Andrea) Gordon, Chad (Stephanie) Gordon and A.J (Jessica) Gordon, all of Rockville; 10 sisters, Debbie Myers of Marshall, Diane (Keith) Fischer, Kim Gordon, Michaelene (Todd) White, Teresa Gordon, Stephanie Gordon, Shannon Gordon and Tammy (Robert) Flood, all of Rockville, and Connie (Mika) Vredenburgh of Attica and Lisa (Ted) Johnson of Paris, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

She was a 1987 graduate of Rockville High School and attended Danville Area Community College, where she played basketball. She was active in sports her entire life; she was a softball coach for the Rockville Youth League played on the women's softball league in Montezuma and the co-ed league in Mecca. She was an avid Indiana University and Cincinnati Reds fan.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sept. 26, 2002.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard St., Rockville, with the Rev. Don Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville. Visitation is 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
