Elmwood, Tennessee - ELMWOOD, Tenn. - Kyle Steven Seymour, 33, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Elmwood, Tennessee on December 14, 2024. Kyle was born to Steven and Mindy Seymour on August 23, 1991 in Terre Haute.

Kyle graduated from Clay City High School in 2010. He was a free spirit who enjoyed spending time outdoors and going camping. Kyle loved to spend time with his friends and family and always lit up the room with his smile, energy, and his stories. He always wanted to make sure everyone had a good time and was the life of the party. He was an avid vintage car enthusiast and owned a 1979 lime green Camaro which everyone enjoyed. Kyle enjoyed traveling and exploring new places with his girlfriend, Christine Sliwa, and his beloved dog, Koda.

Kyle is preceded in death by his father, Steve Seymour; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Kay Seymour; and great-grandparents, Verneth and Alice Halt and Ray and Helen Seymour.

Kyle is survived by his mother, Mindy Seymour; sister, Kari Bowman (Chris); brother, Alex Seymour; grandparents, Paul and Rita King; aunt, Marni Buis (Richard); uncle, Brad Seymour; nephew, Rhett Bowman; and a niece, Brooklyn Bowman; his loving girlfriend, Christine Sliwa; and many cousins, friends and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 21 from 2-4 P.M. at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 301 E. 8th Street in Clay City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clay County Humane Society or an animal shelter of your choice.
