Keith Alan Michael, 62, of Terre Haute, IN passed away at 1:45 P.M. Wednesday, August 2, 2023 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute, IN.
He was born March 23, 1961 in Linton, IN to Larry L. "Mike" Michael and Mona Sue (May) Michael.
Survivors include his mother, Mona Sue Michael of Terre Haute, IN; children, Kameron Michael, Katie Chatta Michael, Christopher Michael; siblings, Kevin Michael (Vicki) of Terre Haute, IN, Kathy Michael of Terre Haute, IN, Cristie Clark (Greg) of Dennison, IL; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Keith graduated from Terre Haute South High School. He worked in home improvement and landscaping. He was a member of the Laborers and Hod Carriers Local #204. Keith enjoyed fishing, camping and being outdoors.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN. Visitation is scheduled from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. Monday, August 7, 2023 at the funeral home. Services are immediately following at 11 A.M. with Zack Cochran officiating.
Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
