WEST TERRE HAUTE - Karley Faith Lewis, 22, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in Union Hospital.
She was born January 13, 2003 in Terre Haute.
Karley is survived by her mother, Kristin Alkire; father, Randy Lewis (Kelley); brothers, Wesley Lewis and Austin Lewis; stepbrothers, JT Stewart and Markis Renshaw; maternal grandmother, Nancy Alkire; and several aunts, uncles, special cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gary Alkire; paternal grandmother, Diana Ramey; and paternal grandfather, Richard Lewis.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
