My best friend and sister, we knew each other from grade school. I was at your home or you were at mine. I loved making salads and inviting you over. We would walk to Rexall Drug Store, you would order Butter Pecan and I would try to get you to order Raspberry Salad! You would always tell me I should try Butter Pecan! We would wade in the water on 23rd street when it rained and we had so much fun. You went with me to have my hair cut off and laughed when my dad would not let us come back in the house! And years later my dear sister you ask me to come to Prayer Service on night. I was baptized and received the Holy Ghost. I have never know a more dedicated sister in Christ. You fought a good... fight and finished the course. Love you, now sister rest in the Lord until we meet again. I am going to miss you, KimRead more

Karen was another older sister to me as a child. We grew up exactly six homes away from each other. She has such an unique laugh about her and always I mean always a smile on her face and just as bubbly personality. Knowing Karen is with our Lord Jesus Christ is uplifting by its self. Karen will be missed and I am sure dearly by her family even more. What a privilege it is to have not only known Karen but to know she was saved, sanctified and full of the Holy Spirit. She was loved and will always remain dear to our hearts, thoughts and memories.

I met Karen in 1989 when I moved to Terre Haute our kids, went to school together, played together and probably got in trouble together. I have know her since I first got here we would stand on the porch, in the yard, sidewalk and have some really good conversations, she would tell me by the Grace of God I'm here, she was an amazing lady who I'm so glad that I had the pleasure to meet. RIP my friend and I pray that your family finds a little comfort in knowing your not suffering any longer and that you'll always watch over them.
