TERRE HAUTE - John Robert Turner (Bob/Bobby), 68, of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Union Hospital. He was born on September 18, 1952 in Terre Haute to Robert I. and Martha Lee (Branam) Turner.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Nickie Rearden (Jeremy) and Holly Seale (Chuck); grandchildren, Brittney and Jared Rearden, Turner, Preston and Ashlyn Seale; sisters, Susie Overpeck and Kathy Turner; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Judy Huffman Turner; and his parents.

Bob retired as co-owner and president of Turner Coaches in 2010. He served as a captain for the Otter Creek Fire Department. For many years, Bob was an avid collector of antiques, cars, and firearms. He had many friends with whom he enjoyed playing cards. He loved spending time with his grandkids and he will be truly missed by his family and friends.
