Jeff was also a member of the Rotary Club of Brazil for many years. One of his proudest accomplishments was helping to start the Parke County Community Foundation and serving on the board for many years.
Jeff was also very proud to have become a member of the Catholic Church in 2009. Prior to complications from his illness, he was an active member of his church. When Jeff wasn't working, he loved spending time with family, his horses, and his bulldozer. Those who knew him best will remember Jeff's kindness, generosity, and how he was always willing to help anyone in need. His favorite motto first said by Theodore Roosevelt was, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
The family would like to thank Missy Bailey and the rest of the team at Harrison's Crossing Healthcare Campus for all the care and kindness given to Jeff and his family, as well as his team at Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
