Terre Haute, Indiana - In loving memory of Genevieve (Jenny) Mikolajczyk. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2026 at age 80.

Jenny was born on July 25th, 1945 in Terre Haute, Indiana. She took pleasure in baking extravagant cakes, cooking homemade meals and spending time with her family. Gatherings consisted of lots of laughs, as she had quite the silly side to her. She cherished every moment with her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who provided unconditional love, strength and guidance to her children and grandchildren. Jenny was known for her hard work, warm heart, gentle spirit and ability to make everyone feel welcome. She touched countless lives in many ways. She lived a life centered on love, family values, and kindness.

Jenny is preceded in death by her husband John Mikolajczyk; her mother Bertha Ford; her brothers Richard, Chuck, Bill, and Paul Ford; and her sisters Jackie Cheeseman, Sarah Bennett, Toots Biggs, Lauren and Liz Ford.

Jenny is survived by her children Tammy Mikolajczyk, John Mikolajczyk Jr., and Shane Mikolajczyk; grandchildren Daniel Foxworthy (Ariel), Candace Coffman, Elexa Mikolajczyk (Chad), Nicole Eilbracht (Michael), Autumn Mikolajczyk (Casey), Hailey Mikolajczyk, Chazz Lindsey, and Shane Mikolajczyk; great-grandchildren Addison Coffman, Camden Coffman, Briggs McLaughlin, Aria Foxworthy, Andy Foxworthy, Jack and Theo Tipton, and Mia Eilbracht; sisters Nancy Lindsey (Dave), Debbie Ford, and Nancy Ford; brothers Jim Ford and John Ford (Cathy); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be a graveside service in the coming week for close family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on July 25th, 2026. Location and time to be determined.

Continuing to remember this beautiful woman and the life she so graciously lived. Those who love don't go away, they walk beside us each and every day. Love you forever, Mom, until we meet again.
