Genevieve Krackenberger Obituary

FARMERSBURG - Genevieve Elizabeth Krackenberger, 87, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022. She was born to the late William Thomas and Ester (Sparks) Johnson on October 22, 1934 in Patricksburg.

Genevieve loved to paint and read. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, living in the country and working in her flower garden. She also loved to go antique shopping.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Clyde Krackenberger.

Genevieve is survived by her children, Robert Howe (Barbara), Connie Morris, David Howe (Cindy), Sandy Shelton (James), and Mike Krackenberger (Julie); and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Virginia Cliff.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 29, at 10 AM at Stephens Cemetery in Lewis.
