Delcenia Floretta "Flo" Latham, 60, departed this life on Friday, May 4, 2018, in Union Hospital. The daughter of the late James Latham Sr. and Elsie Anderson, born Oct. 31, 1957, in Terre Haute. She affectionately known as "Flo", worked at ISU and a few nursing homes.

Flo enjoyed having get-togethers with family and friends. She also enjoyed watching the cooking channel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, James Latham Jr.

She leaves loving and fond memories to be cherished by her two sons, Brian Cottee (Emily) and Trent "Neil" Cooper of Terre Haute; two daughters, Laticia Cooper of Terre Haute and LaKeisha Cork of Louisville, Ky.; four sisters, Janice Shade (John E.), Carla Anderson (Michael), Christel Anderson (Christopher) and Annegelique Parker (Jarrell); eight brothers, Herschel Starks (Cynthia), David Latham (Marsha), Carlton Anderson (Tonya), Orville Anderson Jr. (Catherine), Dorian Trent Anderson (Cheryl), Younte Anderson (Lorelei), Pete Anderson (Ylonna) and Robert "Mike" Rapier (Lea); two aunts, Mary Scott and Sphronia Johnson; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018, at City Worship Center, 2403 S. 8th Street. Calling is 9 to 11 a.m. at the church. Russell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
