NEWPORT - Debra S. Pearman, 64, of Newport, passed away at 6:35 a.m. EDT Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.
She was born December 24, 1956 in Brazil, Indiana the daughter of the late William and Lois D. (McClanhan) Hoffman.
Debra married Gary A. Pearman on August 11, 1985 in Newport, Indiana. He survives.
Other survivors include her daughter: Penny Pearman of Chicago, Illinois; three sons: Chris (Kandi) Yockey of Tennessee; Lee (Beth) Pearman of Cayuga, Indiana and Gary Pearman of Newport, Indiana; several grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters and two brothers.
Debra was preceded in death by one brother.
Debra was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, watching football and taking care of her dogs.
Graveside service and burial: 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Thomas Cemetery, Newport, Indiana. There will be no visitation. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5635 West 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278 or to the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
