Buddy J. Mullins Obituary

Buddy J. Mullins, 82, of Seelyville, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at his residence. Buddy was born in Seelyville, on Sept.16, 1933, the son of the late Luther and Reba (Jones) Mullins.

Mr. Mullins worked for Terre Haute Malleable and retired from Tipton Pattern. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1009 for 46 years and was a recipient of the Pilgrim Degree of Merit and was a member of the American Legion Post 290.

He was preceded in death by sister, Joanne Manus; brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Elizabeth Ann Sagraves; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Irene and Art Coleman. Buddy is survived by his loving wife, Mary R. (Johnson) Mullins; son, Luther (Jane) Mullins; grandchildren, April (Ryan) Mishler, Brad (Amy) Mullins and Melissa (Rob) McFarland; great-grandchildren, Zach and Haley Mishler and Lukas and Andrew Mullins; brother-in-law, Hugh Manus, sister-in-law, Delise Bryant; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1009, 3708 Wabash Ave., in Terre Haute, from 1 until 3 p.m. There will be no services. Cremation will follow and inurnment will take place at Highland Lawn Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Simple Cremations and Burials.
