Anita Marie Hendrix, 79, of Fontanet, died at 9:25 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, in Signature Healthcare Terre Haute. She was born Dec. 26, 1936, in Terre Haute, to Mr. and Mrs. Scott Hercules.
On Sept. 1, 1962, she married Rex Hendrix in Terre Haute and he survives.
After 43 years of service to Union Hospital in Terre Haute, she retired from the medical records department.
She also survived by her sister, Doris Kiburis of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Brown-Mack Funeral Home, in Montezuma. Services will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at:
