PARIS, Ill. - Adam Corey Timmerman, age 36, of Paris, passed away at 8:57 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, 2018, in Carle Foundation Hospital, in Urbana. Adam was an interesting individual, a quiet man, who was creative and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed tinkering with things. His family was very important to him. He also was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Adam was born Aug. 6, 1981, in Paris.

Survivors include his mother, Rebecca Clapp of Terre Haute, Ind.; his father, Kenneth Timmerman and his stepmother, Trudy Timmerman of Paris; siblings, Brandon Timmerman of Paris, Amanda (George) Fields of Rosedale, Ind., Sasha (Deon) Hampton of Clarksville, Tenn., and Jasmine (Joseph) Eveland of Paris; a stepbrother, Andy Davidson of Iowa; his maternal grandmother, Norma Clapp of Paris; his paternal grandmother, Betty Cusick of Chrisman; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Reese Clapp; his paternal grandfather, David Cusick; and two uncles.

Following cremation, memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. CST Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, at Bell Ridge Christian Church, with memorial visitation held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, at the church. Private interment of the cremains will be held at a later date in New Providence Cemetery. Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
