Zella Rosser McGrath, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was born in Leavenworth, Kan., on April 17, 1939, to Victor Rosser and Mildred Lee Rosser.
Zella graduated from Honey Creek High School and attended I.S.U. Zella spent a large part of her life working at Maryland Florist Greenhouses owned by her parents. She later worked at Union Hospital.
Zella was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Shelby Rosser; and ex-husband, Bob McGrath.
Zella is survived by three children, Ross (Connie) McGrath of Cape Coral, Fla., and Faith and Andrea McGrath of Terre Haute; one brother, Robert (Rhonda) Rosser of Atlanta; niece, Andrea Rosser; nephew, John W. (Lee) Rosser; great-nephew, John R. Rosser, all of Atlanta. She has one grandson, David (Lexy) Brklatc and great-grandson, Landon of Terre Haute; one aunt, Margaret Lee; and cousins, Linda Langer, John Lee, Janet (Jerry) Salesman, and Janice (Larry) Keller. Zella also is survived by two very special life-long friends, Sally Rodgers and Andrea Hammond.
A visitation will be on Thursday, March 23, 2017, from 3 until 5 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park.
