Larry met and married Helen Adams, and the two enjoyed life together for many years until her passing in 2015. Together they enjoyed fast cars and loved to dance, especially the Jitterbug. They loved to travel and attend Tom Jones concerts, even as far away as England. Larry enjoyed English and Welsh history. As the family historian, Larry kept pictures and records from past generations. He had a zest for storytelling. Larry's faith was of great importance to him and he enjoyed the fellowship of his Kingdom Hall family. Larry never let the grass grow under his feet, he kept active and busy up until his last day. He was a wonderful father, grandfather and great-grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, including his granddogs. He will be truly missed by all who were blessed to know him.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 2017, at North Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3734 N. 25th St., with Tony Griffin officiating. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at:
