Gerald Lee Everett, 93, of Terre Haute, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017, in his residence. He was born in Terre Haute, on Aug. 19, 1923, to Benjamin Franklin Everett and Vernila E. Miller Everett.
He served in the 352nd Regiment for the Army during World War II and worked at Commercial Solvents in Industrial Instrumentation.
Gerald is survived by his daughter, Nancy Blaker, as well as two grandchildren, Rebecca Greenamyer (husband Ryan) and Bruce Blaker; and three great-grandchildren, Alton, Tristen, and Abigail.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Norton Everett, in 2002; and a sister, Myra Boatman.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge 19 Free & Accepted Masons.
Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Friday, March 24, 2017, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Jeff Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
