Elee Kay Fagg, 72, of West Terre Haute, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at 2:52 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born April 22, 1944, in Terre Haute, to Robert McCullough and Thelma Sollars McCullough.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Gary R. Fagg, whom she married on Feb. 29, 1964, in West Terre Haute; two children, Gary D. Fagg and his wife Melissa and Kimi E. Clark; two brothers, Bob McCullough (Janet) and Bill Downey (Diane); a sister, Pam Stultz (Chris); six grandchildren, Kaylee Fagg, Emilee Woolley, Corey Fagg (Sarah), Cameron Fagg (Mariah Keller), Lacee Rusk (Killy), and Trey Clark (Brittanee); seven great-grandchildren, Maddox Wilson, Drake Brown, Amya Brown, Koy Patterson, Cora Fagg, Clara Fagg, and Carson Freeman; and several special nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Garrison Ray; her mother, Thelma Montgomery; and her father, Bob McCullough.
Elee touched many many people and was loved by many. She enjoyed crocheting, singing karaoke with friends and she loved to watch her grandchildren play ball.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Leek officiating. A private family burial will be in Dunlap Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and prior to services Monday. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, any donations will be accepted to keeping Elee's memory alive with envelopes available in the funeral home.
