Bradley Shane Buntain, 29, of Terre Haute, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. He was born on Feb. 18, 1988.
Shane is survived by his father, Bradley Gene Buntain and wife Bonnie; his mother, Amy Buntain; grandmothers, Libby Llewellyn and Carolyn Roger; special great-grandparents, Virginia and Howard Buntain; a brother, Eli Buntain; a sister, Shyleigh Buntain; stepbrother, Jonah Melcho; aunt, Ronda Weiss and husband Mike; uncle, Travis Llewellyn and fiancée Heather Fields; cousins, Erica and Jenna Weiss, Kamdyn Fields and Kynzlee Llewellyn; and a special friend, Gregg Sanders.
He was preceded in death by Ronnie Bowman, Ronnie Buntain, Mary and Dan Grayless, Elizabeth and George Willoughby; Thomas Bowman, Donetta Hastings, Georgene, and several aunts, uncles and friends.
Shane loved to work at any and every job he held. When he was a little guy, he enjoyed playing baseball, basketball and football. He enjoyed fishing. Bradley enjoyed the simple things in life, like singing at 5 in the morning, laughing, spending time with friends and family. He liked to go to concerts and was looking forward to going to Chicago to see Ozzy Osborne. He loved riding BMX bikes and learning new tricks. Bradley loved to eat Snickers and sunflower seeds.
Shane was saved by the hand of the Lord. He loved to spend time with his family and go to church. Shane loved his newfound life of living in the light of the Lord.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, June 26, at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, at the funeral home. Bradley will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Park. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at:
