SUMMERVILLE, S.C. - Albert Gene Reagin, 73, widower of Rebecca Lee Reagin, of Summerville, S.C., passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, June 25, 2017, in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation with the family will be Saturday evening from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Flowers are accepted.
Gene was born June 27, 1943, in Linton, Ind., a son of the late George Reagin and Maxine Idell "Tommie" Walker Reagin. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy for 30 years as an electronics technician and warrant officer.
Gene leaves behind his sons, David Reagin, Douglas Reagin and Danny Reagin, all of Summerville, S.C.; daughters-in-law, Kimberly Reagin and Ginger Phelps, also of Summerville; sisters, Jodell Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Connie Rector of Terre Haute, Ind.; brothers-in-law, Jim Fagg and Micheal Roecker; sisters-in-law, Nancy Fagg and Phyllis Roecker; grandchildren, Macy, Amanda, Madison, Jacob and Isabella Reagin, and Amanda Bartlett; and great-grandchild, Easton Auberry. In addition to his parents and wife, Gene was predeceased by his brothers, James Edward Reagin and George "Pat" Reagin; sister, Francis "Sis" Brazzell; and grandchildren, Michael Douglas Reagin, Matthew Lucas Reagin and Alicia Bartlett.
