Ryan Thomas Lee, 21, of Terre Haute passed away at 4:02 a.m Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was a student at Ivy Tech Community College. Ryan was born Aug. 5, 1996, in Terre Haute to Samuel P. Lee and Millie K. (Leclercq) Lee.
He is survived by his parents; his maternal grandmother and care-taker, Mildred Jeffers; aunts and uncles, Thomas and Shermannah Lee, Penny and Kevin Gardner, Robert and Brenda Fischer, William Fox, and Lenny Leclercq; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Matthew Joseph Lee; maternal grandfathers, Fred I. Leclercq and Jack Jeffers; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Myrtle Lee; uncles, Terry Leclercq and Fred Isadore Leclercq; an aunt, Elizabeth Fox; and cousins, Rickie Agnew Jr. and Teddy Leclercq.
Ryan was a 2015 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School, was an avid sports fan, enjoying the Indianapolis Colts, the Chicago Cubs, and the Indiana Pacers. He also loved gaming and music, and he enjoyed the company of his furry, loyal companion Rizzo. He also participated in the Ryan Lee MDA Golf Outing for 19 years.
Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, from 4 until 8 p.m. in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, with funeral services on Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Kevin Drane officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery.
