Mrs. Milholland died Oct. 19, 2018, in Texas. She was born March 3, 1928, in Terre Haute, a daughter of George and Wilhelmina "Minnie" Bukenhofer. A graduate of Wiley High School, she married John W. Milholland on June 14, 1947.
Priscilla was a talented seamstress, stylish dresser and gracious hostess who enjoyed shopping, decorating and entertaining. She was an excellent conversationalist with a fun-loving personality. As a devoted wife and young mother, she was kept busy rearing three energetic boys and in later life took great pride in her grandchildren.
John's work took the family to Danville, Ill.; Waterloo, Iowa; Tulsa, Okla.; and Houston, Texas, among other places. But the most memorable assignment for the family was in Monrovia, Liberia, where John served as human resources director for Sun Oil Co. for four years in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Mrs. Milholland was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 2012; her sons, Tom, David and Mark; and her sister, Martha Hambrock.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Tom's wife, Gail Milholland; a granddaughter, Laura Milholland; and a grandson, Daniel Milholland, and his wife Shanelle; and many nieces and nephews.
