Marjorie L. Rogers Marjorie L Rogers, 86, of Terre Haute, passed away on March 10, 2019, at Union Hospital. She was born on June 21, 1932, to Anton C. Andersen and Viola P. (Prinzing) Andersen.
Marjorie was preceded in death by both parents; husband, Charles C. Rogers; brothers, Elward and Fred Andersen; and sister, Emma Brower; as well as her grandson, Benjamin Rogers. She is survived by her son, Charles K. Rogers (Julie); daughters, Cheryl L. Rogers and Sandi K. Gregory (Bradley); grandchildren, Rachel Pyles (Ryan), Joey Rogers (Zoe), Jessica Gregory, Nathan Gregory and Bethany Rogers; and great-grandchildren, Owen Pyles, Michela Pyles and Averie Rogers; as well as many nieces and nephews. Marjorie's parents were missionaries in the Africa Congo, which is where she grew up. She was a member of Maryland Community Church. She loved to read as well as working out in the garden. Above all she loved her family. Marjorie loved the Lord with all her heart.
Visitation for Marjorie will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Thursday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with services starting at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Kyle Andrews will be officiating. Online condolences may be left at:
