Lynda Konazeski, age 66, Albany, died Monday night at home, surrounded by her family. Born March 22, 1951, in Clinton, Indiana, she lived the past several years in Albany. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts. She was an avid reader and writer, and when her children were young was involved with Little League baseball.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Stanley Konazeski; and their children, Carol Smith (husband: Ernie), Spring Hill, Fla., Stanley Konazeski Jr., Marion, Brent Konazeski, Marion, and Jason Konazeski (wife: Stacey), Marion; a brother, Kelley Woodard (wife: Marie), Terre Haute; and four grandchildren, Alyssa Konazeski, Ryan Konazeski, Emma Jentes and Avery Jentes. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Bebe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert A. and Mahalia J. (Kelley) Woodard.
There will be no services locally; burial will take place a later date in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tecumseh, Indiana.
