Iva Shay Clark, 30, of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully, Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at Indiana University Health-Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, surrounded by family and loved ones.
She was a student at Ivy Tech Community College and employed by Marco's Pizza in Terre Haute.
She was born Jan. 1, 1987, in Warrensburg, Mo., to Jeff Clark and Kelly Smith Nunn.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Kelly and Steve Nunn of Rockville; her father and stepmother, Jeff and Ruth Clark of Villa Rica, Ga.; maternal grandparents, Don and Patty Mattox of Brazil; paternal grandmother, Diana Clark of Columbus, Ohio; aunts and uncles including, Mark and Roseland Clark, Kristy Smith, Brian Clark, Karla and Jerry Thomas, Sean and Sonia Clark and Jamie and Lynn Clark; many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, William Smith; paternal grandfather, Ezra Clark; maternal great-grandfather, Harry Secrest; and uncle, Bill Smith.
She was a 2006 graduate of West Vigo High School, she enjoyed photography, loved animals and spending time with her family and friends.
Services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard St., Rockville, with visitation from 2 until 4 p.m.
