Connie Sue Jones, 59, of Terre Haute, formerly of Muncie and Holland, Mich., died Monday evening, April 10, 2017, at Community Hospital of Anderson. She was born Nov. 4, 1957, in Muncie, and was the daughter of the late Ray Denvil and Maggie Leela (Guffey) Jessee.
Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was always willing to serve and help anyone that she could. She was very much a family oriented person and especially loved her grandchildren. Connie was known for her organizational skills and getting things done. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Connie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Warren Lee Jones of Terre Haute; three daughters, Jennifer McKee (Dave) of New Palestine, Brandy Tomlinson (Rickey) of Alexandria, and Tara Jones of Terre Haute; four grandchildren, Bella See, Ruby McKee, Damian Tomlinson, and Drake Tomlinson; six brothers, Danny Jessee (Barbara) of Greenfield, Phillip Jessee (Penny) of New Castle, Steve Taylor (Rhonda) of Jamestown, Tenn., Jasper Cupp of Indiana, Travas Cupp (Amy) of New Castle and Trevor Cupp (Tonia) of Greenfield; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services for Connie will be Saturday, April 15, 2017, at 12 noon at Garden View Funeral Home with Joseph Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home.
