Carmelite worked with me at VCC IN the social services dept. She took care of so many things, with never a complaint. I was so blessed to have her help. She was always upbeat and joyful! May she R.I.P.

God loans us a family and takes them away as He chooses. The tears we shed are interest on that loan.
I appointed Carmelita District Deputy #8 in 1992. She was a dear friend. One of her deputy sisters and I visited her at her apartment in the summers of 2016 and 2017. She drove us to a little restaurant in town for lunch.
She was a special lady and will be missed.
