Betty L. Rowley, 90, of Clinton, passed away at 7:15 p.m. Aug. 5, 2018, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. Born July 19, 1928, in Mecca, she was the daughter of William Toney and Blanch Jones Toney.
She was a homemaker and worked at Terre Haute Building and Maintenance.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, George Toney; and a special friend, Jerry Neidlinger.
Survivors include two daughters, Terrie J. Turchi and her husband Terry G. Turchi of Clinton and Johnny J. Cooke and her husband Dean of Terre Haute; three grandchildren, Jamie L. Edwardson (John) of Clinton, Trenton G. Turchi of Austin, Texas, and Travis G. Turchi (Jenna) of Tampa, Fla.; one great-grandson, Jordan R. Alabaugh of Terre Haute; one sister, Dorothy Cadle of Clinton; a special friend and cousin, Marie Bohinc of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews.
Following her wishes, cremation was chosen. Giovanini Funeral home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Parke-Vermillion Humane Society or Wabash Valley Hospice.
